For practices
Seat packs for your team.
Seat packs are bought by a practice for its staff. You pay once, you get one code per seat, and each staff member enters their code in the app. Nothing auto-renews.

Seat packs, explained.
When does a seat’s six months start?
On the day that person enters their code in the app, not the day you buy. A code nobody has entered stays valid for 12 months after the purchase, so you can buy ahead of a testing window and hand codes out as people are ready.
Can we buy seats for both apps in one order?
Yes. Choose “Both apps” at checkout and split the seats however you like. All the seats in an order are priced together, so 5 for CPO Certify plus 5 for CPOA Certify is a single 10-seat pack at $329. Each code only works in its own app, and the codes are listed under each app in your email and on your order page.
What if someone gets a new phone?
They enter the same code again on the new phone. A code can move to a new device a limited number of times (up to three devices in total), and its end date never changes. If someone runs out of moves, email us.
How do we see which codes are used?
After you pay, you get a private link by email. It lists every code as unused, redeemed or expired, with the date each person’s access ends. There’s no login, so keep the link to yourself: anyone who has it can see the codes.
Does anything renew?
No. A seat pack is a one-time payment. When a seat’s six months are up, that code simply stops working.
Can we get a refund?
Email support@dintechlabs.com. If an order is refunded, every code in it stops working, including any that were already entered.
Can I buy a seat just for myself?
Seat packs are sold to practices for their staff. If you’re studying on your own, subscribe in the app.

No. CPO Certify and CPOA Certify are independent and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the American Optometric Association or the Commission on Paraoptometric Certification.
