Lost the email with your seat codes? Enter the email address you used at checkout and we’ll send your private order link there.

For your security we only ever send the link to the address on the order, and this page never shows whether an order exists. Seat codes are not in the email, only the private link to your order page. Studying on your own? Subscriptions are managed in the app, not here.
